They could potentially go further. Whether it is written into the legislation or it will come in a mandatory code, the key is that if it is in a code, it is mandatory and monitored closely. There are amendments that could be made and more that could be added to this Bill going forward. On the other hand, though, we need to ensure it does not delay this Bill going forward.
