I will make just a few general comments and my colleagues might want to make some more. First, I cannot comment on Ava's specific case, but I fully acknowledge that what has been outlined has been her experience. It is not acceptable. Nobody present, parliamentarians or public servants, would say anything else other than it is completely unacceptable. There are many other families and children who are experiencing similar difficulties and that is something we passionately care about as well.

Deputy Ward said at the outset that he could get similar feedback from anybody. I do not expect so. Across the country many services and staff, including health and social care professionals, such as Professor MacLachlan, are providing good care to many children and families. I certainly-----
