I move amendment No. 43.

In page 53, lines 10 and 11, to delete “a service provider or a person carrying on the business of providing a prescribed private health service” and substitute the following: “the Executive, the Agency, a service provider, a person carrying on the business of providing a prescribed private health service, or the registered provider of a designated centre or the person in charge of that designated centre if other than its registered provider”.
