I move amendment No. 10:

In page 25, to delete lines 21 to 28 and substitute the following: “(c) shall, in accordance with section 24, give the patient or the relevant person (or both of them) a copy of the statement referred to in subsection (5),”.

These are minor, technical amendments that will streamline the text in respect of how a copy of the statement is provided. They will have no material impact on the provisions in the Bill.
