The initial expectation was that the supply of finance, or the availability of finance, was likely to be more constrained in small- and medium-sized projects, which may be where the Deputy is going with her question. It is still the fact today that small- and medium-sized builders outside of the main urban areas struggle the most to get finance because the main banks have less appetite for outside of Dublin and, therefore, we have to and do play a role in supporting that.
