There are auctions happening in France for floating wind farms, there is a 1 GW pot for floating in the UK out of its 40 GW target for 2030, and other jurisdictions such as Spain and Portugal are taking a similar approach. The cost conversion will reduce naturally as the market picks up and the supply chain progresses and matures, and that is definitely a factor that needs to be taken into account.
