Before proceeding, I have a question on cars and on the availability of electric cars in urban areas as opposed to rural areas. Is there any information about the availability of cars to meet the needs of the person who has to travel more than 40,000 miles per year? How do they fare in the market at present? Are they encouraged to go for electric cars, which, in turn, will reduce their carbon emissions and help us to meet our carbon requirements? Can the Minister of State give some information on that?
