Apologies have been received from Senator O'Loughlin, for whom Senator Malcolm Byrne will substitute. With the agreement of the meeting, Senator Byrne has to leave early so I will ask him to come in first once the witnesses have given their opening statements. I remind members to please ensure their mobile phones are switched off for the duration of the meeting as they interfere with the broadcasting equipment of the House even when on silent mode.
