I thank Mr. Bourke. I look forward to that additional information. The ICSA stated in its submission that the value of the 21% increase in food and drink exports over a five-year period was €2.3 billion. Farmers bear costs of between €35 million and €55 million per annum in trying to eradicate TB and over a seven-year period we have had to slaughter half a million animals. What are the ICSA's recommendations to make that 2030 target for eradication? What are the two main things that need to be done?
