It would be feasible to do that and does not require a lot of maintenance once it is done properly the first time. Electric fences are good in that way. As far as roads are concerned, there is no problem. All of us have to follow the law in terms of encroaching and overhanging trees. From our point of view, there is no problem with roadways and so forth.
