On community engagement, when we get to the crux of this and trees are being planted as part of this scheme, does the Minister see a mechanism being in place for community views or particular residents' views in an area? One hectare of woodland might not be much, but in some parts of the country, there may be a substantial amount of forestry already. If a number of farmers or landowners are engaged in it, an additional hectare might have a bearing that we would not see now on specific individuals or families. Does the Minister anticipate a mechanism whereby people will be able to have their views known prior to plantation?
