The first CPOs I mentioned are regeneration CPOs. On the CPOs used to acquire property, we have concentrated our efforts on bringing derelict houses back into the social housing stock. We have not looked at compulsorily purchasing vacant residential homes. It goes back to the earlier point about identifying what is a vacant and available home that we can look to acquire. One has to look at the scale of the city as well.
