Very much so. That discussion with the local authority has only just opened but it has welcomed the ongoing discussion with us and any approved housing body in order for the redevelopment to happen. That is in line with the policy that we will provide opportunities for people to live as independently as possible. Going back to an earlier question the Deputy asked of Dr. O'Brien, that is the view of the model and type of service we want to provide in east Cork.
