The committee is meeting today in public session on Microsoft Teams. Apologies have been received from Deputy Ó Laoghaire, for whom Deputy Ó Snodaigh will be substituting. Apologies have also been received from Senators Flynn and Pauline O'Reilly and Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan. Deputy Ó Cathasaigh may be joining us later. Some members are from areas under a status red weather warning and it is safer for them not to travel.
