I apologise as I had to pop out for a moment but I caught the end of Deputy Whitmore's question. There is currently the cycle right curriculum, but it does not explicitly cover cargo bikes or e-bikes. In countries with deeper cycling cultures there is cycle training available for those wishing to use cargo bikes or e-bikes, so I would recommend that we have something similar here.
