I thank Dr. Byrne for his opening statement. The meeting is confined to a maximum of three hours and I propose each member be given two minutes to ask their questions so that we can ensure all members get an opportunity to do so. I am keen that we cover this topic as effectively as we can. I hope we can have a second and third round of questions if there is time.
