To follow on from some of the points made by other speakers, I refer to local enterprise offices, LEOs. I understand local authorities had the information in terms of who the rate payers were and how the scheme was structured. I, too, got a lot of compliments from people who said it was the difference between staying afloat and going under. I understand there was speed associated with that, but that does not mean there should not be care. I think Dr. Quinn fully accepts that.

As regards the lessons or takeaways in terms of not leaving good things that happened during the pandemic behind us, will there be a different relationship between the LEOs and the Department? Is it envisaged that there would be a different role or is there anything being considered from that point of view? Are new datasets being gathered? Is there anything in that range of things happening at the moment?
