I move amendment No. 261:

In page 182, to delete lines 32 to 36 and substitute the following:

“(2) In this section ‘excluded provision’ means—

(a) section 175,

(b) subsections (1) and (2) of section 173,

(c) subsection (9) of section 173C,

(d) subsections (1) and (2) of section 174, and

(e) paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (3), and subsection (4), of section 172.”.
