As Mr. O'Donoghue said, we have been consulting closely with the Department of Justice and the DPC on this. It is our view that we should be able to resolve the issues via a code of practice for the use of CCTV under the Waste Management Act and the Litter Pollution Act so that local authorities would be able to make a case for the installation of CCTV schemes. We are also looking to expand slightly on that under the Waste Management Act to cover the use of drones and other mechanisms for more significant waste management enforcement actions. We believe there is a relatively good understanding of the intent in our discussions with the DPC and that this will be resolved via the proposal.
