The presentation by Mr. Tyndall regarding access to transport for people living with a disability is one that I hope the committee will take up under the headings of the disabled drivers scheme and access to public transport. He referenced lifts in the context of access to public transport. The committee may consider inviting representatives of CIÉ or Iarnród Éireann to appear before it on this issue.

I ask him to develop the point he made under the heading of jurisdiction in respect of clinical judgment. I thank him for his service and his courtesy to us all, and to me in particular.
