I will make one final point on Tusla. Many people have contacted me raising concerns about the role of Tusla in this process. The Minister is aware of these concerns. In fairness to Tusla, when its representatives appeared before the committee, I found them to be very engaged with the process. Is work being done to address the concerns held by some of those involved in this process about Tusla being involved in the counselling services? Will Tusla provide these services directly or will it contract another agency to provide them?
