I thank the Minister for saying that. I want to follow up on another item. The Minister signalled in the past year that he might introduce a gaming credit, fund or tax-favourable situation for the gaming industry in Ireland. That would be a commendable thing to do. It is exactly the type of industry that we should support in Ireland. It is highly skilled. However, I am aware that employment conditions in the gaming industry can be less than ideal and there is often a gender disparity in the sector. As we look at that issue in budget 2022, are there any considerations by the Department to link State funding, support or favourable conditions from the State to better employment conditions, gender parity, disparity, or requirements for a living wage?
