I appreciate that. Does the Minister of State think that within that a solution to this planning permission system could be looked at? The national broadband plan is not only dealing with local authorities, but also with Transport Infrastructure Ireland, TII. Has the Government had any interaction in relation to that or dealt with any problems? If there is a need for a change of plan, we do not want a major project like this held up for two or three days and certainly not for a number of weeks.
