Legal opinions can differ, as we all know. The advice Sadaka had received at the time was fairly strong in that this was something that could have been done. While it is accepted, as I said earlier, that EU rules are generally uniform across member states and that the EU Commission has competence in the trade area under Article 113, on grounds of public morality and policy, the occupied territories Bill could have been passed. Even at this stage because this Bill is on the table, we would be suggesting-----
