I hear what the Minister is saying. He is supportive of increasing public spending on housing but the reports we are hearing is there is a difference of opinion in Cabinet as to the extent of the increase that would be put into housing by the State. Is it not the case the Minister is arguing for a lesser amount than some of his Cabinet colleagues?
