To throw a bit more uncertainty into proceedings, the case we mention is €1.64 billion. In one of the reports it was listed as 43% of a total of €3.75 billion caught up in tax appeals as of last September. We are talking about the quantum involved and the numbers being dealt with. If Revenue is going to negotiate and make a settlement, and I know the witness cannot comment on this, on anything in the region of 10% or 15% of that €1.64 billion, we would not be talking about the same numbers. The parallel process does not deal with the same quantities of tax liability.
