Could CHI not target a number of units that have in excess of a certain number of patients per annum? I am concerned that more than €2 billion is being spent on a paediatric hospital and €800 million on a maternity unit in Dublin. We are saying to the rest of the country that they can sit and wait until we get around them in 20 or 30 years. That is not the correct approach.
