The key issue here is that we had all read the same information the same way. The correspondence is at odds with our interpretation. This is a big industry and we all appreciate the importance of making sure the industry is not damaged. That is what necessitates CCTV. I am pleased that the Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine is dealing with the matter. The important thing is that the CCTV be installed in the stables at every racecourse to protect the industry and the individuals who work within it.
