What is the case in the event of an advocate having powers of attorney, whether a solicitor or not? A third person with power of attorney has the entitlement, as far as I am concerned, because he or she has been delegated those powers by the person concerned at an earlier stage. Perhaps a lawyer could give some advice on that matter. I am looking for free legal advice.
