I beg to differ. We have to ensure there is value for money. There is a lot of plastic in yards throughout the country. A yard in Waterford has a similar amount of plastic in it. There are environmental issues. Farmers have already paid a levy on this plastic. It is extremely important that we get to the root of this and find out whether it is possible to have all of this plastic recycled at home in a way that is commercially viable and of value to everyone in the chain.
