I move amendment No. 187:

In page 39, between lines 18 and 19, to insert the following: “(4) In the case of land that had been acquired originally from a local authority, the land shall be offered for purchase to the local authority at the prevailing market price or the price paid to the local authority at original acquisition, whichever is the lower.”.
