Will the Department give us a commitment that it will undertake an analysis? We have a submission from a farming organisation. Germany and France are two countries we are very close to in regard to regulation and everything else. Will the Department give a commitment to do a study on how they are issuing their licences for different sizes of plantation and how they are complying with EU legislation? This is going to become a significant issue going forward. There is clearly a different interpretation in the way they are implementing the legislation and the way it is being implemented here in Ireland.
