I welcome our guests. Will they expand on why they believe material that violates other laws, for example, laws on defamation, data protection and consumer protection, should be within the scope of this Bill? If the Bill was to be amended to bring them within the media commission's scope, would we be opening ourselves to too much crossover between regulators?
