We are told that public consultation dating back to June and July of last year helped to inform the approach to the transposition of the directive. It might be worth asking whether people who made protected disclosures were specifically asked to comment on their experience because there is nothing like people who have had direct experience telling you what worked and what did not. At this point, we need to satisfy ourselves on that. Maybe that could also be included.
