He was appealing to judges to bring injury awards down to European levels. We have finally got there, or we are on the way. We still have a bit to go, but there has been progress in those years. To answer the Deputy's question, Insurance Ireland does not do that. It is an open market and Insurance Ireland has nothing to do with the cover provided by individual insurers.
