That concludes our consideration of this matter today. I thank the delegation from the Communications Workers Union, CWU, and Foxglove for assisting the committee with this matter. In particular, I thank Ms Plunkett for her contribution. It was very powerful, and I really appreciate what she has done. The committee will reflect on today's proceedings and take forward such aspects of the contribution that it believes it can progress further. I endorse what was said by members, and, where we can, we will invite employers to appear before the committee. We will look at doing that. I thank everyone for their contributions today.
