I thank Deputy O'Reilly, and will take a stab at answering those questions. Regarding the HSA, I share Ms Crider's perspective that I do not know if this area is within its remit currently. If it is not, then it ought to be. Mental health is a workplace health issue. Turning to inspections, it is our position that any employment which puts the health and safety of workers at risk should be subject to regular inspections and regulation.
