I do not have the legislation in front of me but there are definitions in the legislation of what is a serious infringement. I would like to discuss the matter with the Senator afterwards to understand where the actual issues are and then we can go into detail of the legislation. I am always very nervous of quoting from legislation that I do not have it in front of me, but my understanding is the legislation defines what are serious infringements. I am unsure what the Senator is referring to in terms of the differences between member states.

I am conscious that Mr. Kinneen wanted to come in on the Senator's first question. I am not sure whether he wants to come in on serious infringements.
