Can I ask about the terminology of a serious infringement and where that is related to last July's meeting of the European fisheries element of the European Parliament? We have a slight issue regarding the definition between member states. There seems to be no definition of what is meant by a serious infringement. Can I get clarity regarding whether there is any common ground between the member states regarding that terminology and that definition of a serious infringement?
