In accordance with Standing Order 101, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:

The Joint Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment has completed its consideration of the following motion: That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Protection of Young Persons (Employment) (Exclusion of Workers in the Fishing and Shipping Sectors) Regulations 2021,
a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 3rd March, 2021.

In accordance with Standing Order 75 the following message will be sent to the Seanad:

The Joint Committee on Enterprise, Trade and Employment has completed its consideration of the following motion: That Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:

Protection of Young Persons (Employment) (Exclusion of Workers in the Fishing and Shipping Sectors) Regulations 2021, a copy of which was laid before Seanad Éireann on 3rd March, 2021.

The joint committee went into private session at 10.11 a.m. and adjourned at 10.33 a.m. until 9.30 a.m. on Wednesday, 5 May 2021.
