We have received apologies for this part of the meeting from Deputies Devlin, McAuliffe and Carthy who had to travel across the river to terminal 2 - the convention centre - to attend to Dáil business. We are joined remotely by the Comptroller and Auditor General, Mr. Seamus McCarthy, who is a permanent witness to the committee.
