I am not asking the witnesses to comment on individual cases. The bank has described it as abhorrent behaviour, stating that millions have been deducted from customers' accounts. In the ordinary course of events, one would have thought that this should result in criminal prosecution, let alone criminal sanction. Would the witnesses agree with that?
