I welcome everybody and thank them for taking the time to attend. I thank and congratulate the Department and the Irish Prison Service for their efforts during Covid, which go beyond the call of duty and have kept many people safe. I want to put one thing on the record which I have forwarded it to the secretariat and the Chair. The Chair can decide on it but I want to put it on the record. It is an email to me. It reads:
