I fully agree with the Vice Chairman. Sometimes it takes too long and the process can become very protracted and a bit too legalised. I do not think this was what was envisaged under the Act. Obviously, the ideal is that we do not reach a protected disclosure process at all because employees feel empowered to speak up, make their views known and raise concerns within the organisation. That is really important. I think some of the processes take too long.
