Dr. Lawless is referring to a 3% reduction in GDP with a free trade agreement and that that would double in the event of a hard Brexit. I am surprised it is not more. While 3% is a sizeable reduction, Dr. Lawless has stated it will be only 6% if there is no free trade agreement. I would have thought the differential would be much higher.
