Apologies have been received from Deputy Paul Murphy. The first item on the agenda is the scrutiny of EU legislative proposals. The committee has already discussed a number of EU proposals and we are now required to make a formal decision on them. One proposal has been circulated under schedule A, that is, COM (2020) 682 on adequate minimum wages in the European Union. There are subsidiary concerns with that proposal. That proposal, therefore, warrants further scrutiny and we will seek a briefing from the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. Is that agreed? Agreed.

The following proposals have been circulated under schedule B, COM (2020) 135, 254, 267, 273, 295,139, 320, 321 and 374. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
