Yes. All of them are operational accounts, some bigger and some smaller than others. I think I did a note a couple of years ago for the previous committee on some of these accounts. It was brief explainers of what they are. Of the ones the Deputy has mentioned, the sundry moneys is probably the biggest one. That is just a holding account. When moneys are collected it is likely that they will go to the Exchequer but once they go into the Exchequer they cannot be taken out unless there is power in law to take them out. There is a question mark over whether some moneys are properly receivable into the Exchequer so they are held in sundry moneys.
