I will give an overview of the scheme. There are 73 sites in the land aggregation scheme. In regard to the 47 sites referred to by the Deputy, the loans that local authorities had taken out on those lands were paid off. In regard to the other 26, the local authority has an annuity loan with the Housing Finance Agency that is being funded through the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.
