On a point of order, I might ask the Chairman - he is an excellent Chairman - whether he could ensure that at a future date, the very persons who are responsible for not issuing licences and for causing this problem, will appear before the committee in order that we will be able to ask direct questions of them. As the Chairman will be aware, I am too polite to name names but Mr. Hayes knows exactly who I am talking about. It is just a suggestion.
