Would it be possible to give consideration to amending the reconstitution and underplanting scheme, RUS, for compensation for ash dieback disease, to increase it from the current, 25-year limit to the an open-ended one beginning when the trees were planted? I acknowledge that this question is diverting away from the points made by the Deputies Healy-Rae, but farmers have also contacted me about ash dieback disease several times.
